Southern Gothic Novel: a "Fringe" Benefit
An award-winning comedy solo play that feels like a movie about a book that doesn't exist. "Flawlessly executed," says the New York Times
With more than 200 performances across the country and Canada, this New York Drama Desk Award-nominated solo play comes to the Foulds Theatre for a one-night "Fringe" Benefit event.
One actor takes on 17 characters and the telling of a southern gothic novel concerning hapless Viola Haygood as she falls in love with a tall, dark and handsome stranger (again). No one is who they seem, but nothing will stop her quest, even getting kidnapped.
Show Business Weekly says it's "at least an HBO Special"
