Meditative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
This combo class is for all levels and blends yoga as a "meditation in motion" with integrative relaxation. The gentle yoga practice emphasizes inward focus and spiritual attunement through asanas and breathwork. The postures are based on Hatha Yoga for bodywork and Raja Yoga for mind work to join mind, body and spirit. The second part of the class is an experience in Yoga Nidra, a yogic sleep that guides the student into the deepest levels of tranquility to awaken consciousness and infinite potential.
