Join us Saturday morning at 9:00am for a free intro to prenatal yoga class that is open to all expecting moms in SWFL.
Learn which positions and breath work can help you throughout pregnancy, labor and birth.
* Please bring a mat and water bottle.
* Please consult your doctor before starting or continuing an exercise program.
