Reiki Master Rita Davis has created 7 "Block Buster" workshops designed to inform and engage participants on the powerful wheels of energy, known as Chakras, that impact our daily life experience.

The fifth of seven "Block Buster" workshops will explore the Throat Chakra. Learn about speaking your truth and expressing your needs for your greatest and highest good.

During this 1.5 hour workshop, participants will learn how the Throat Chakra functions, what it impacts, as well as signs of imbalance. Participants will also learn how to balance their own Throat Chakra. A guided meditation is included in the workshop.
