Free Screenings and Resources for Adults

The mental and emotional effects of COVID-19 are impacting well-being in significant ways amid the pandemic, and a new community initiative called Healthy Minds is bringing free educational events and complimentary screenings to adults across Lee and Collier counties.

The next event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 3 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Southwest Florida Military Museum & Library, 4820 Leonard Street in Cape Coral.

The Healthy Minds event is free and open to all adults within the community, providing accessible, convenient tips and resources for those who are experiencing new or increased feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, substance use and more.
