Monitored Long Pose Figure Study
May 12 - June 2 | 1 - 4PM
No instructor/monitor only – Work from life in this figure study class with the medium of your choice. Models are clothed or nude and hold one pose per class. Drop-ins welcome. Model fee is included in the cost of registration. No Supply List needed.

Intro to Drawing 2
May 15 - Jun 5 | 9AM - 12PM
Prerequisite Drawing 1 Recommended. Continuation of Drawing I course  that explores the last principle of visual language, form through the use of linear and tonal perspective or the use of value to convey volume. Students will be guided through progressive lessons gleaned from contemporary artists and educators, Andrew Loomis, Jacob Collins, Stan Prokopenko, Anthony Waichulis and Tony Ryder among others. No Drop-ins.

Acting for the Camera: Short Film
May 17 | 10AM - 4PM
In this specialized one day workshop with professional writer/director Jon Artigo, students will perform and produce a short film. Roles will be distributed ahead of the start of class and all students will receive a high quality copy of the film after the class has ended. Students will also be exposed to film set etiquette and perform various roles in the crew, such as assistant director, boom operator, assistant camera, sound recordist and focus puller (to name a few). Short film will be shot on a high level professional digital cinema camera. Each student will leave the course with a high-quality video of their performance, perfect for inclusion in their acting reel. This invaluable tool will give you an edge when auditioning for professional work, showcasing your newly honed on-camera skills. Because an original script is being written for this class, Registration will Close 48 hours before event start date/time. Finished film in completed and shared within 10 days of completion of workshop.
