If you enjoy ‘dancing in the streets,’ the Fort Myers Music Walk is the place you want to be on the third Friday of every month from 6 pm to 10 pm.
“From solo musicians to DJs, duets and full bands, music fills the air with all genres’ music to sway, step, spin, twirl and bob to on the historic streets of downtown Fort Myers,” says President & CEO River District Alliance, Lisa Sbuttoni. Mark your Cape Coral calendar! The City of Cape Coral Parks and Recreation Department has hosted Bike Night for over a decade. On Saturday, October 12, 6:30-10:00 pm, they will host another free, fun evening with various musical stages, vendors, beer tents, and plenty of motorcycles. But whether you’re a biker or not, it’s a whole lot of fun for all. Check the online calendar for upcoming bike night events.

Art lovers should head to Downtown Fort Myers to check out the art of pottery, batik, tile, paint, photography, and much more. The experience comes alive on the First Friday of each month from 5 pm to 9 pm. The next Art Walk is on September 6, 2024.
“Emerging and established artists line the streets of downtown Fort Myers selling and demonstrating their art forms. Performance artists and musicians join in on the fun and add to the vibrancy and charm of our beautiful downtown. You never know who or what you will see, but you always be amazed,” adds Sbuttoni.
