In our September Advanced Asana we’ll focus on breaking down and refining Chaturanga. Learn the dos and don’ts of chaturanga dandasana, as well as preparation poses to help strengthen and engage the entire body. Even if you have been practicing chaturanga for a while, there is always something to discover in this pose. We’ll move through a practice that involves the process of learning to flow with the dance of prana (energy) and awareness. Yoga experience strongly suggested – students should be confident in their ability in a Yoga Bird Flow class.
