By practicing meditation on a daily basis we gain the ability to become the observer in our own lives. This ability to observe helps us to bring wisdom into our decision making process on a daily basis, and helps us to view the world from a more positive perspective. Finding the time for stillness in meditation can be rather challenging in a busy world. In this workshop you will practice asana and pranayama to prepare the body for the stillness of mantra meditation. Afterwards, we will review the practices and discuss the practicalities of incorporating meditation into our daily lives.
