12th Annual Festival of Trees

The 12th Annual Festival of Trees returns! Experience the beautiful trees decorated by local business to raise money for Goodwill of Southwest Florida and SBDAC. View the decorated tree displays, vote for your favorite tree and purchase raffle tickets to maybe win your dream tree. Special events include Friday Concert featuring Nowhere Band, Santa's Block Party on Saturday, Ugly Sweater Contest, Bingo, and Painting for a Purpose and more!

Santa's Block Party

More than just a day of fun outside the Art Center in Fort Myers. Inside, the Children’s Workshop is a buzz with activities for kids. The Children’s Workshop is an opportunity for kids to create holiday art, color Christmas and holiday cards, decorate cookies, and build a wooden craft. Kids can also write letters to Santa and our military service members, play games, and bounce in a bounce house!

When: Saturday, December 1st at 10am

Holiday Pop Up Bazaar

The Holiday Pop Up Bazaar was created to help local artists, artisans, and crafters sell their work during the busiest shopping season. The Fort Myers River District will be hosting the annual Holiday Artisan Market as well!

Fort Myers has a plethora of incredible theatres and they are putting on some amazing Christmas classics like Elf, The Nutcracker, as well as some Christmas concerts. We are so excited - aren't you???

A Christmas Carol

This world-premiere adaptation of the beloved Charles Dickens classic is a thrilling and fast-paced retelling of the night that changed Ebenezer Scrooge’s life! Perfect for the whole family, this theatrical event features original music, onstage musicians, and actors in multiple roles.

The Nutcracker

Gulfshore Ballet and Gulf Coast Symphony present Tchaikovsky’s holiday classic, The Nutcracker. This two-act ballet is based on a story by E.T.A. Hoffmann that centers on a family’s Christmas Eve celebration. It is a great introduction to classical music and dance for children. Performed with full symphony orchestra!

Elf: The Musical

Based on the holiday film of the same name, this hilarious musical comedy follows Buddy the Elf in his quest to find his true identity and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas. Buddy, a young orphan, crawls into Santa’s bag and winds up in the North Pole where he is raised, unaware that he is human, until his enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa’s permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to discover his true identity. This modern day holiday classic is sure to bring out the true spirit of Christmas….after all, the best way to spread Christmas Cheer is singing loud for all to hear!

Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!)

It's the holidays! Time for the classics Rudolph, Frosty, Ebenezer Scrooge, the Nutcracker and many more! But maybe not the way we're accustomed to hearing them. In what can best be called a holiday mash-up, actors take beloved stories and traditions from around the world and turn them upside-down and sideways!

 Spirit Of The Season 2018 

Share the Spirit of the Season with International Award Winning Spirit of the Gulf Chorus. Special Guest, Buzz Quartet are also International Women's Quartet Champions making their final Florida performance before retiring. It will be an amazing afternoon of music that you won't want to miss!
